Alexandra Lopez

Attorney Alexandra Lopez focuses her practice on the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning, and personal injury law. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minor in Political Science, from Florida International University, where she was the VP of the Honors Council and Community Service Chair of NSCS. Alexandra then attended St. Thomas University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree.

During law school, Alexandra earned several awards, including being placed on the Dean’s List, receiving Book Awards in Contracts and Advanced Legal Research and Writing, and obtaining a merit scholarship. While in law school, Alexandra was also actively involved in the community and was part of the Bankruptcy Clinic where she gained hands-on experience early on. 

Currently, Ms. Lopez is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and the Cuban American Bar Association.

Alexandra has been in the legal field since 2007, first as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury, employment law, and bankruptcy, prior to and during law school, and then as an attorney as of April of 2014. Once licensed as an attorney, Alexandra worked for other prominent law firms in South Florida, where she managed the civil litigation (personal injury) and bankruptcy departments, respectively. In 2019, Ms. Lopez founded the Law Firm of Alexandra Lopez, P.A., where we are committed to fighting for our clients' rights and giving them the personal attention they deserve.

Attorney Alexandra is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
